The AVH-P3100DVD will fit perfectly into your car’s 2-DIN slot and can easily be configured to match the interior. The system has 112 colour variations to choose for button illumination; you can even customise the background and splash-screens with your own digital photos.
All-round entertainment is included. Enjoy your music and film collection – wherever it’s stored. The AVH-P3100DVD will play almost all commercially available digital entertainment formats including DivX movies. And of course your CD and DVD collection.

Connect your USB music player to the front USB-in or your iPod or iPhone (for music and video) directly with our optional CD-IU50V cable.
The AVH-P3100DVD features a user-friendly 'slide-touch' feature, which lets you perform certain functions; like fast forwarding, and rewinding AV-files, simply by sliding your finger across the screen.

You can also connect another AV source via the front Aux-in or the 1 RCA input at the rear. A dedicated input is reserved for a reversing camera, too. The system includes our IP Bus connection, which means that you can truly expand your setup. Add a Bluetooth adapter (CD-BTB200), for example, to make and receive calls wirelessly via the system.

Alternatively, you can connect our DEQ-P6600 digital signal processor to enjoy your movies in true 5.1 multi-channel surround sound. You can even add screens for passengers in the back.

IP Bus input

You can control multiple sources through the IP-Bus connection; you can literally transform your car into a mobile multimedia centre. Add a DVD player or TV Tuner, for example.
Additionally, you can add several unique adapters that will enable you to enjoy your Bluetooth mobile phone, for example. Click the 'Accessories' tab above to see all your available options.

Aux In

The Aux-in allows you to connect external music and video sources (with RCA outputs). This means that you can connect your MP3 player, PDA or games console, for example.

Hard Wired Remote input

The Hard Wired Remote input allows you to connect the CD Tuner directly to your car’s own steering wheel remote control.
You can then control your CD Tuner with the steering wheel remote control.

Direct Sub Drive

Instead of connecting 2 rear speakers, you can opt to connect a subwoofer in 2Ω mode to one of the rear speaker outputs. 70W power will be delivered to the woofer for a powerful bass sound experience, without the need for an extra amplifier.
It's an easy solution for lovers of booming bass.

High voltage output

By providing a strong signal, with less noise and more definition, the Hi-Volt pre-outs reduce demand on the input circuit of the amps so they can work with lower gain settings, resulting in improved sound quality and a wider dynamic range.

Source Level Adjuster

Source Level Adjuster (SLA): Allows you to independently adjust the volume ratio between all of the headunit's sources (using the FM volume level as a reference), so the start-up volume between sources will always be the same.

Advanced Sound Retriever

ASR stands for Advanced Sound Retriever.
Our ASR sound technology automatically restores the harmonics which were lost during the audio compression process.
ASR adjusts frequency response and sound pressure, especially in the high and low frequency ranges, to revitalise the density and presence of the compressed signal.
The result is an improved sound quality with its staging, density and feeling restored to the level of the original CD.
